If you want to delete your account and all your data (imprints and clipart) in the COLOP e-mark go app, developed by COLOP Digital GmbH, you have two options to do so: directly in the app or by contacting customer support.
Delete account directly in the app
To delete your account and all your data (imprints and clipart) please have a look at the instructions below:
- Go to settings (top right on the main page)
- Click on Account
- Click on Delete account
Delete account by contacting customer support
To delete your account and all your data (imprints and clipart), please write an email to support@colop-emarkgo.zendesk.com stating your account email address. Our support staff will delete your account for you.
