Which kind of colour/ink cartridge does the e-mark go use?

The e-mark go is based on ink-jet technology. You can use different inks with the e-mark go, in the original packaging you will find the standard tri-colour ink cartridge, which was especially adapted for the COLOP e-mark (go) in cooperation with HP Inkjet Technology. The ink is water-based. Any colour combinations can be made with the three inks inside the cartridge.

There are other types of COLOP ink cartridges available which have different characteristics:

*Note: the imprint yield depends on the size and ink coverage of imprints. The expected yield is based on the following reference imprint with the size of 14 mm x 85 mm.

Can I use other cartridges than the ones for the e-mark go?

No, the e-mark go can only be used with original COLOP e-mark cartridges.

Can I print on my skin with the e-mark go?

Do not use the e-mark go on skin. During operation, the print head is very hot and can cause serious burns. Besides, our ink is not dermatologically tested.
