If you cannot download the e-mark go app, check the following:
- Make sure that your device and operating system is supported by the app - For which devices is the e-mark go app available?
- Your phone or tablet might not have enough storage - delete some items on your phone
- You might need to delete the cache of your app sotre, find below an instruction for the Google Play Store and iOS AppStore
- If you are unable to install other apps on your device, it might be your app store or phone which does not work
Clear cache in Google Play Store
- Open the Settings on your phone or tablet
- Click on Apps & notifications and then See all apps
- Scroll down and click on Google Play Store
- Click on Storage and then Clear Cache
- Click on Clear data
- Re-open the Play Store, and try your download the app again
- Restart your phone and try again if you still cannot download it
Clear cache in AppStore
- Open the AppStore on your phone or tablet
- Tap ten times on any of the tab buttons at the bottom. You cache is cleared
