My e-mark go does not charge, what can I do?

If your e-mark go does not turn on anymore, please make sure you have checked the following:

• When the e-mark go charges, you should see the battery indication light blinking: What do the lights and beeps mean?
• Do you use the right cable for charging? Please note that the e-mark go cannot be charged with a USB-C to USB-C cable. Try another USB-C cable.
  How long does the battery of the e-mark go last? How do I charge it?
  
• Your battery might be totally discharged, switch off the e-mark go and charge it for several hours
  Note that the battery discharges itself slightly also when it is turned off.
