You can reset your e-mark go in some easy steps. When making a reset, the imprint stored on the e-mark go will be deleted alongside some settings. You can also retrieve your e-mark go SSID and password with a reset.

Reset the e-mark go

1. Turn on your e-mark go
2. Remove the docking station and turn the e-mark go around
3. Use a paper clip and press 5 seconds in the small hole beside the optical sensor
4. Your e-mark will beep several times, after that it will restart (this can take up to 30 s)
5. Now print with the e-mark go on a piece of paper, you will see your SSID and password
