When and how do I have to clean the print head of the e-mark go?

If your imprint quality deteriorates (e.g. smears, colours not clear, imprint pale or reddish), you might need to clean the print head. This can be done manually or via the app:

1. Take a slightly dampened piece of cloth (only pure water, no cleaning agent!)
2. Take the e-mark go out of the docking station
3. Wipe the print head from top to bottom (never sideways, this could damage the cartridge)

1. Connect your e-mark go in the app
2. Go to settings (top right on the main page)
3. Click on your device on the bottom
4. Click on Start cleaning (put your e-mark go on paper beforehand)
